Job Description

:
  • Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage: Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits. Includes access to telemedicine services via Teladoc.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population.
  • BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current valid HHA or CNA license.
  • Minimum 6 months of clinical experience as a PCA, CNA, or EMT.
