Title : Maintenance Technician

Pay : $26-30/hr
Must Haves:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial property setting - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computing skills in Excel, Work and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver’s license and positive driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands
