  • $17 – $23 hourly or $24 – $38 per flat rate hour
  • $5,000 – $8,000 sign-on bonus based on experience and OEM Mid-level or higher factory trained technician certification.

Job Summary: The Auto Mechanic is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair services in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include basic services such as oil changes and tire rotations, as well as advanced diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
  • Inspect vehicle engine, steering, suspension, and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multipoint inspections.
  • Road test vehicles as required to confirm quality of repair work.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and other safety requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
  • Related automotive experience required, Toyota experience preferred
  • ASE certifications strongly preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle makes and systems.
  • Must have manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
